He would burst through the door like a hyper hipster Santa and rush to the stereo to play the latest singles from Madonna, INXS, Depeche Mode... What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Oasis, The Masterplan Sigur Rós, Ágætis Byrjun The Dismemberment Plan, Emergency & I All are time capsules for the slideshow in my mind. D-Plan was my door opening to punk, energy, late nights with sweaty strangers. Sigur Ros is empty parking lots, smoke, and forcing friends to listen to it. Oasis and their b-sides...almost perfect. A song that when played for strangers garners a "hey, that's not awful," which is the highest compliment for me. A song that I played solo guitar on...a fear conquered. A song that feels old.
