Acid Drinkers

About Acid Drinkers

A hard-hitting Polish thrash metal unit in the vein of early Testament, Kreator, Agnostic Front, and D.R.I., Acid Drinkers formed in 1986 around the talents of Tomasz "Titus" Pukacki (vocals, bass) and Robert "Litza" Friedrich (guitar, vocals). One of the leading lights in the vibrant Polish thrash scene, the band has released 14 studio albums, with 25 Cents for a Riff arriving in 2014. The quartet has undergone numerous lineup changes over the years, with frontman Pukacki the catalyst. The band's most current incarnation includes Pukacki, Darek "Popcorn" Popowicz, Maciej "Ślimak" Starosta, and Wojciech "Jankiel" Moryto. ~ James Christopher Monger
