ABGR Lil Cory

ABGR Lil Cory documents his grind on the streets of Hattiesburg, Mississippi with an urgent, purposefully harsh flow. Heavily inspired by the trap music that bubbled up from the South in the 2000s, Cory uploaded his first track, the Jeezy-sampling "Old School," in 2024, and within a couple months signed a deal with the Columbia-affiliated Signal Records. "Old School" saw commercial release that October, and a half-dozen additional singles were out before the end of the year. More tracks preceded Act Broke Get Rich, a mixtape that arrived in April 2025. In addition to "Old School," the set included unrelenting tracks such as "Traplete," "So Ridiculous," and "Box Chevy."
