Aaronsrod

Aaronsrod was formed in Hawaii. The original group included founders Angelo Jensen and Brian Spalding. After quite a few personnel changes, the group settled on their classic lineup of Spalding, Jensen, Edward Dysarz, Neil Deleforce, and Gerard Gonsalves. The group began playing many shows around Hawaii and even hooked up opening act spots with bands like Judas Priest. They signed to CBS/Roadrunner and released the album Illusion Kill. The group recorded two other albums, Hardball and Live, but neither was ever released. When they moved to L.A., Dysarz and Gonsalves both left the group, with Deleforce following shortly after. The band continued on playing the L.A. circuit for several years before disbanding. Jensen and Spalding are currently working together in Native Tongue. ~ Gary Hill
