Jamie Foxx's best album so far!

After hearing this album, I was very disapointed by unpredictable. This album is 100 percent jamie foxx as he writes, arranges, and produces every song on the album. What seperates it from unpredictable is that it is a grown man album. Unlike unpredictable, Jamie flexes a more poetical, subtlel, and romantic side(lyrically) than unpredictable. Not that raunchy lyrics are bad, as I feel R. kelly,Jodeci, etc do that well, but jamie is at his best when he is singing ballads, playing the piano, and making real love songs.Don't let the lackluster sales fool you. This album is a classic, and was just a victim of bad timing, because jamie dropped this album during a time in which his singing skills were relatively unknown by the public.Despite unpredictable producing a few classics it is by no measure a true representation of jamies musical talents.Copp this album,if you are fortunate enough to find it, or download it from here. This is a jewell!

Whole album is bangin, but my favorite cuts are infatuation, and light a candle.

Long time coming!

I heard Infatuation briefly in New York back in 1994 and taped a snippet of it. Jamie had an awesome voice that could melt you in seconds. Unfortunately at the time I didn't buy albums unless I heard more than 2 hits on the radio. I shoulda bought this one straight up. Now in my wise years I know that radio is bogus. Ladies, prepare to melt! He still has it! Long time coming Jamie! Do your thang!

Teddy's Jam ,

This CD is a classic that never got it's due.

Making a name for himself in comedy first spelled doom for this CD. I bought this CD in 1994 and to this day there are people that still don't know that "Peep This" even existed. I always start my slow jam CDs off with "If You Love Me." This CD truly shows off Jamie's vocal and musical talents and he truly holds his own in the world of R&B. Although his current CD is good, Jamie please go back to your old style. Gerald and Luther left a hole that few balladeers can fill. Leave hip hop to the younger cats and come back to smooth R&B.
