EDİTÖRLERİN NOTLARI

On their first studio album in seven years, Def Leppard exuberantly tap every era of their career—and then some. “Battle of My Own” and “Blind Faith” echo the compacted Led Zeppelin metal they started out with; “Let’s Go” and “Dangerous” flirt with Hysteria’s glam riffs and wide-open harmonies; “Man Enough” and “Energized” absorb sleek modern funk and dance-pop like their ’90s albums did. To top it off, the blues rock of “Sea of Love” and ringing New Wave of “Invincible” show they’ve still got fresh tricks up their sleeve.

Still doing what they do best...

"Let's Go" is a pretty cool preview of their next album. Good guitar riff, catchy melodies, in other words Classic Def Leppard. But before we hear anybody whining "It's not High N' Dry or Pyromania" they gotta remember that it's 2015. This band has been together since 1978. When the "hair metal" scene exploded in the late 80's they had already been around for a decade. Def Leppard wears their heart and influences on their sleeves: They love melodic hard rock, a bit of Led Zep, a bit of Queen, a bit of hard rock a bit of pop rock. They are not a young band anymore, but they are still doing it because they enjoy it. They continue to be one of the best live acts you'll see and at their age it's impressive that they've NEVER GONE AWAY. Other bands have come and gone, they just keep chugging along. Times have changed, music has changed, people's tastes have changed...it's good to know there's a band like Def Leppard still going strong and still willing to give the people what they want. If you want to hear High N' Dry again, go listen to it. Simple as that. Kudos to one of the greatest rock bands on the planet. Maybe it's time they get some respect

Let’s Go!

I’ve been a Leppard fan since High and Dry…I like all their music that they have released throughout the years. This is no different, good Leppard song….sounds like Leppard. I really don’t care if it sounds like High and Dry or Hysteria or Slang or X….ALL their music has it’s place in my library….nice range of tunes, some albums have taken a little longer to grow on me but overall a great library. Happy they are still releasing new tunes! Can’t wait for the entire album!!
