Casey's voice is paralyzing, it puts you under a captivating spell that leaves an eerie, haunted silence when the music stops. I feel that this record has come closer to showcasing his voice, but still leaves me wanting to see Alpha Rev live, where their energetic and honest sound can be truly experienced in every song. Nevertheless, this album truly shows this band's talent-- from Lonely Man to Highways to You Belong, their sound has grown to span different tones and themes, while still retaining the vivacity and uniqueness of Alpha Rev. You can still hear their passion in this album, but I assure you that this recorded album is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Alpha Rev's live talent.

Confident that music is becoming real again

Needtobreathe Reckoning Tour 2012 introduced many to Ben Rector. The Ben Rectour 2013 will introduce many to Alpha Rev. And that is a great thing

Must buy

I've been listening to this album on repeat for the past few months and I love it. The music sounds like how climbing a mountain and looking down at the depths below, transcendentalism, and crazy emotions in general feel. That's the best I've got in describing it. My favorite song is by far highways, but they are all fantastic. Just stop reading this already and buy it!
