10 Songs, 36 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

With the opening “Keep On Keepin’ On”—a forceful, distorted chugger bolstered by an infectious chorus—Bleached lay out the blueprint for Welcome the Worms. The L.A. band’s second album is filled with vicious but vivacious bangers, each sugary hook smeared with grime, as heard in the dizzying pound of “Trying to Lose Myself Again” or the Joan Jett-indebted snarl of “Sour Candy.” The unabashedly ’80s power pop muscle of “Hollywood, We Did It All Wrong” ends things with a glorious bang that’ll pull you right back to the start.

Very Excited!

At this point there has only been 2 songs released from 'Welcome The Worms', 'Keep On Keepin' On' and 'Wednesday Night Melody'. Both tracks are fantastic and find 'Bleached' pushing their sound to new levels. I've been a fan of everything 'Bleached' has released and am very much anticipating the full release of this album, which promises not to disapoint.

Perfect (but different from their debut)

The guitars are a bit grittier and I’m obsessed with the realizations of needing to be sober that flutter through this fantastic collection of gems

Surprisingly good!

I didn't expect much, but there's some real integrity here. Some classic chick rock sounds, but it doesn't sound like a copy cat. Good job!
