EDITORS’ NOTES

NU'EST W—the four-member splinter group of quintet NU'EST, with the "W" representing their "waiting" for member Minhyun to return—garnered a lot of attention after a major TV break in Korea. Even down a singer, the band's brand of experimental electro-pop flourishes as "Where You At" lets zipping synthesizers fill in for Minhyun's anchoring vocals. We get to know the guys even more via JR's uplifting rap style on "With"; Ren's inspirational slice of synth-pop, "Paradise"; Aron's bouncy rap-sing style with "Good Love"; and Baekho's passionate pipes on "Thanksful for You."

Rising Kings

Since debut their electo-pop music has always been good. It’s so amazing people are finally noticing the potential they’ve had for years. This is such an amazing and meaningful album. I’m so glad they’ve come this far without giving up, and now theirs dreams are becoming a reality. What a perfect album.

Such a Great Comeback

Considering that this is technically a "Sub-Unit" while Minhyun is away, this is an amazing and smart way to have a comeback, a few songs sung as a group and then having each member have a solo song. It's perfect. You can really hear each individual members colors shine in their own respective songs. The title song is great too. Never expected less from these boys.
