This is immense

This is what you would hope for from a band with this pedigree but so often when you get this many talented folk together it gets watered down. Fortunately these guys are both talented and can work together - apparently. The guitar sound is just perfect.

Disappointed

Was looking forward to this album for a long time and am disappointed. My main concern came to be...the beautiful melodies of Band of Horses and Midlake have been drowned out by Tame Impala-esque indiscernable white noise in the background. This overwhelms and ruins each song making it hard to make out any instruments and making all the songs sound the same. This was the direction the newest Band of Horses album moved in as well and I was not pleased.

Cool and Refreshing

Great album. I had been listening to it a couple times through I thought Real Love was a Traveling Wilbury's song that they covered. Reminding me so much of them. It's an original BNQT song. I later read that they wanted this album to be like the Traveling Wilbury's. Definitely feels like it to me. Open up a cool and refreshing can of BNQT, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. But don't take my word for it.
