The serenity of nightfall.

I had never heard of this composer until I saw this album. The composer and album are now one of my favorites. I would compare it to Chopin's Nocturnes in some sense, except these are of course of a very different nature. Have a listen to No.6 "Caboclinha" or No.9 "A Pobresinha." I would say it's a good representation of the "nature" as previously mentioned, better yet buy one of these songs and listen to the whole thing and then buy the album. Then you have the last song on the album, Rudepoema, it's not for the faint of heart. You must be an ardent lover of complexity and depth almost beyond recognition like trying to look into a pond while it's raining. It is truly beatifully done and the counterpoints are well established. I could digress for aeternus. Just listen.
