Not only my favorite JLC cd, Vertigo stands as my ALL TIME favorite cd... so far in my life. For 4-ish years, this CD has been on repeat on every cd player/ipod I have known. It is the perfect mix of "constant variety" (if that makes any sense at all), that it can keep me occupied for days (*cough* years). The difference in songs between, for example, Vertigo and Mother's Eyes and Singer is very large, but at the same time, its reoccuring sounds of simplicity and beauty tie it all together. This is the greatest cd ever!

I was introduced to Jump (Little Children) by a friend of mine while I was attending a music school in Nashville back in 2002. This album, more specifically, this band, has changed my whole outlook on music. They have such an keen sense for composition and melody, that their music has left me literally speachless at times. I highly recommend this album to anyone, especially those of you who are looking to add a breath of fresh air in their music collection.

Great music, Great guys!

I was introduced to this band's music in 1999 and became an instant fan. I am so shocked they have not become more mainstream. In 2001, when this album came out, I was fortunate enough to see them play live in Nashville. Amazing show!!! I bought the cd there afterwards and ended up getting all of the members to sign it, after talking with them for a bit. SUPER cool, SUPER sweet guys. Evan Bivens (the drummer) even gave me a compliment about my smile. Yeah, forever fan here. This CD was the soundtrack to me and my husband's "courtship" phase, which started just weeks after I saw this show. So hearing this particular cd will always be memory-filled for me. I adore their music!
