GLU best album

If you like a hard guitar with catchy electronic then buy this album. I must say that this album is much stronger then all their others by far.

Not a bad song on this album.

RE: to Tyler's review

Indeed this is a great album. Much better as the unflawed version, though.

FYI, the breakthrough album is called Empty. All Wrong is a song on the album.

Great album, inaccurate review

The official i-Tunes review of this is way off-base. GLU had their roots in techno-industrial while Marilyn Manson was still thrashing arrange in their garage just discovering synthesizers could be added to guitar. That the reviewer keep comparing it to production of classic rock producers and name-dropping bands from the 60s and 70s shows how much he doesn't understand this music. It has little comparison to any of the bands mentioned in the review. It's about revealing soulfoulness. It's about raw emotion and raw sounds, emotionality covered in technicality. Their breakthrough album "All Wrong" is probably still their best, but this album is next. It unfortunately went through all sorts of production problems and it's release was delayed many times. In the mean time, I got ahold of a bootleg version which has several fantastic tracks not on this version. Still, it's a great album for lovers of intense lyrics and techno-industrial-rock.
