Jim Bob Furley ,

One of The Greatest Song Writers and Performers of All Time !

Bryan is truly one of the GREATEST. Not only does he write excellent songs (they are all GREAT) and perform them flawlessly where they sound even better than the recording, he is also a remarkable and very kind and generous person. I was given the privilege of seeing him perform when he released “Waking Up The Neighbors”. He did 2 things I never witnessed at a concert before. 1. Some girl was getting pushed around and bullied by some other girls near the front of the stage. Bryan and his band stopped playing. He then addressed the bullies in the microphone for the entire arena to hear. He said he doesn’t like bullies and had security escort the bully girls out of the arena. He then had the role escorted on stage to watch the rest of the show and then have a meet and greet with him afterwards. 2. He then invites people from the audience to play with him on stage by asking who lay drums, guitar, bass, keyboards. I didn’t get picked, but it was AMAZING ! Who does this ???!!! NO ONE EXCEPT BRYAN ADAMS ! Please Bryan, I know you have written so many songs (I own them all), but please write some more. Maybe, since I missed my chance to get on stage with you that night in Scranton, PA, I can collaborate with you on a song of our own. The world needs your music for inspiration and guidance. There is mostly just noise being produced today by these newcomers. God Bless you ALWAYS Bryan and your family. By the way, this album is a GREAT mix of some of your best !

Nothing New but the Remastering

The remastering seems to bring out the instruments better but at the expense of the vocals. Adams vocals seem to be pushed further down in volume on some of the songs.
If you already have his ealier greatest hits album "So Far So Good", I am not sure this is worth it.
Of course everything is streamed now for a monthly fee so does it really matter anymore but for us old timers.
