Good album, not as catchy as I expected, but good.

I've been listening to these guys (and girl) for some time and while not the best band out there, they have a certain something that makes then very listenable. I always have them in my playlists. This album, while not as good as the previous one (having lost their main song writer, from what I've read) is still a solid piece of metal. Give it a listen!

Ok, I will be the first to admit that my expectations were too high; Demons of the Astrowaste is an incredible album and I spin it all the time. Even so, this album is sorely lacking in comparison.

The hooks and melodies just are not there. I don't know what precipitated the change in songwriting. Maybe is was intentional. In any case, these songs sound like a lot of other bands without being particularly memorable. Over all, the album just seems rather pedestrian.

I was looking forward to this album for a long time. Personally, I find the direction of this album unfortunate.

On a positive note, "Tonight We Ride" is a really good song. (The only one on the album.) If nothing else, download that song.

I still look forward to UtA touring in the Midwest. \m/

Great Album

As the other reviewer at this time notes, Demons of the Astro-Waste is a better album. That being said I enjoyed most of the songs on here pretty well, however "Test Your Metal" to me felt very out of place. Not a bad song, just didn't seem to fit in the flow of the album, maybe i's just me. I'd recommend giving this album a try if for no other reason than to support the group, Brittney still has a very unique and powerful voice. If they did such a good job with DotAW they can probably do it again in the future. Enjoy
