Unrealized and wasted potential

Uneven volume, low vocals, sloppy arrangement, and too many sound effects. Not good sound engineering at all. Considering he has access to one of the best producers in rap music - DJ Quik - this is unacceptable. Why on earth wasn't Quik producing this entire project?? What a missed opportunity to really have a classic record. Street Gospel and The New Testament are proof that the Quik and Suga Free formula works. This seems like an attempt to fix something that was never broken. The golden era is definitely over; even for those who were a part of making it as great as it was. Really disappointing. Thinking about how great this record could've been makes it all even more depressing. What the hell has happened to rap music?!
