Culled from the soundtrack and edited into new pieces, The Last Panthers is a chilling journey, from the glacial pulse of “Hiero-Bosch for Khalil” to the guttural synth whine of “Panthers Bass Plock.” Brief pockets of relief stand out—the nostalgic “Serbian Daffodil” and gently unfolding arpeggios of “Open Foe”—but as a brooding, melancholic whole, it hits hard.
