Hail Delain

ok i see some of you compared them to Lacuna, no they are not like them at all. Delain has always been to me the beautiful child from Within Temptation. they started as a project and evolved into a wonderful band. i have seen them live with Kamelot and they are magical! Lacuna fizzled out for me in KarmaCode...i categorized them as Heavy Rock, not Metal. Metal is Kamelot, Delain, Epica, Xandria, WT, Alestorm, EdenBridge, Elis, Krypteria, Nightwish, Unsun...and many more.

Great Album

So I've read in the other comments, that this album is lacking, could be better, not one of their best works. I disagree! How can you NOT love this album?! Each song in its own right is unique, inspiring, and just down right enjoyable. The rifts and synphonys just melt you away, and the lyrics are brillent. Marco Hietala being featured is just ear candy! In my opinion, the best album so far, keep up the amazing work Delain! But hey, don't take my word for it, Buy and check it out yourselves. And don't listen to people who don't accept change. Change is what promotes growth and inspiration.

Great Follow Up!

I feel this album is sort of continuing the theme of We Are the Others but it's mood is different from We Are the Others. I thought Here Comes the Vultures was rather experiemental with wonderful results. Loved all the songs and the order in which they were arranged on the album was great, ending with Don't Let Go. FYI, I don't know why this wasn't marked, but the song Sing to Me totally drops the F-bomb every time in the chorus. Everyone was up in arms about Within Temptation's Hydra being marked Explicit for one word sang by Xzibit, yet Sing to Me isn't even marked explicit though it comes up at least 3 times based on the Digital Booklet that comes with this album.
