A Must Have

As a Neil Young fan and a bluegrass lover, I admit that I was skeptical (but intrigued) when I was handed this CD. However, it took me roughly 24 bars of the first track to fall in love with it.

Extremely well-done with technical expertise and musical sensitivity. The tight vocal harmonies and solo vocals are incredibly well exposed and honest. The best part is that it is all absolutely true to the source material. A must-have.

Neil Young's Music is Timeless and Genre-less

The music of Neil Young transfers to any genre you want to put it in. These are classic songs performed in a new and different light. While I miss the "voice" of Neil it would be crass to dismiss the powerful nature of these songs. This is a body of work that will live on regardless of the style or performer. Well done.
