Dive Into Pamela Moore!

Pamela Moore, better known as the voice of Queensryche's Sister Mary from the Operation Mindcrime albums, shows off a different side of her talent on "Stories from a Blue Room". With a mix of electronic beats, driving, incendiary guitar riffs from Nevermore's Jeff Loomis and Pamela's tranquil vocals "Blue Room" offers up a sleek, edgy sound. With songs like "Forever in My Dreams" showing off the soft yet powerful vocal range of Pamela's singing voice and "Dive Into Me" erupting into a vocal sensual explosion. "Stories from a Blue Room" offers up a variation of style. This is an outstanding, out of the box, solo effort by Pamela Moore. Welcome to the "Blue Room", enjoy your stay!

No matter what your taste in music, this is a MUST HAVE for any music collector. From Pamela's beautiful, sexy, and sultry vocals to Bejamin Anderson's driving electronic programming and ryhthms to the over-driven, ball-busting guitar of Jeff Loomis (Nevermore), this record has it all. Terri Nunn's (Berlin) performance on "Satisfied," along with a scortching solo by Michael Wilton (Queensryche) on "Take Me Down" are excellent additions. To top it off the album is produced by the one and only Neil Kernon. Queensryche fan or not, you'll love "Stories From A Blue Room".

Sweet Christmas

BUY THIS MUSIC! Pamela has a haunting voice that is full of passion & energy with an otherworldly hint of sorrow. I personally like to buy the whole record not just 1 or 2 tracks so that I might discover a gem I didn't know was there. Blue Room is full of them and its one of a few "cds" that I can listen all the way through over and over again. My favorites I have on repeat for an hour or two at times. If you like prog metal stuff like Dream Theater, Queensryche or Geoff Tate's solo stuff, buy this you'll love it. On top of that Pamela is wonderful person, involved with a lot of great causes like organ donation. You can find out more on her website: pamelamoore.net or on her myspace page. Please support her and treat yourself to some fine music this Christmas. Blue Room is a must have.
