Really relaxed album

Very relaxing album. Occasional heavier songs, but the general tone is mildly ambient. The songs I liked the most and which reminded me of final fantasy were:

Translucent Louise
Flying Universe

Okeslaken ,

Fresh and Diverse

Each of these pieces is extremely well-written, from ambience of "Flying Universe" to the pounding electronic beat of "2099". My favorite piece is "Pen", mainly because I'm a sucker for any piano work by Masashi Hamauzu :3

Whether you like Square Enix or VGM or if your just looking for cool underground music, this album is for you!

Great album for Square Enix fans!

Original compositions from the various and talented composers of Square Enix. Fans of Square Enix game soundtracks will definetely enjoy this album! Ranging from lovely instrumental, to vocals and electronic soundscaping, this album gives off a wonderful sense surrealsim as well as some heavier tracks focusing on rock. I only found a couple tracks to be less than memorable.
"Pen" feels like it came straight out of Final Fantasy X or it's close predacessors. The electronic vocal mix of "Flow" would be right at home with the more current Final Fantasy XIII-2. And my personal favorite, Ishimoto's "The Razzle-Dazzle", would be a hit with any "The World Ends With You" fan.
