Songs of Prayer and Intercession

This was one of the first albums I bought after being at a Kent Henry Seminar back in the early 1990's. God captured my heart for worship during that time, and this album ministered to me so much. I learned how to worship Him more intimately through these songs. My husband and I now run a music ministry at our church, and we constantly hear new songs; however, when things get too complicated, and life gets too busy, we are still drawn to the foundations of simple worship that is found on Kent's early albums like this one. This is my favorite Kent Henry album of all times.

I have listened to this album and others from this worship leader for over a decade and it's as if Kent Henry walked into the throne room of heaven and Jesus gave him his heart in the form of a gutiar and that is what Kent Henry plays! If your not broken from listening to this album and the others that follow in this trilogy something is wrong! Be ready to be taken into the presence of Jesus and be transformed through entering into this worship music. It is lifechanging because you will experience Jesus as you listen and sing and cry your guts out for more of Him from worshipping along with those who are on this live album. This album is the closest thing to experiencing heaven on earth because it simply brings you to Jesus.

Kent Henry

Songs of "Prayer and Intercession" by Kent Henry in my opinion is the best of the trilogy and can bring you into the presence of the Lord, if that is your desire. The rest of the trilogy is also very good and should be added to your collection especially if you are a part of a Worship Team.
Kent Henry's albums have always been my favorite choice for worship music.
