So refreshing and creative and pure

One of the best hymn albums to date.

All too often, artists that try to revitalize hymns end up with a disingenuous product, distracting from the message of the hymn.
The Sing Team was able to keep the integrity in each of their hymn arrangements, from the funky-jammin repetition of 'To God all praise and glory!' to the beautiful and string interlude of Be Still My Soul (props to Brian for that violin boii), through the haunting and intimate arrangement of What Wondrous Love is This. Each and every song has something new to bring to the table, really embodying the idea of 'revitalizing' timeless Hymns.
The Sing Team offers a classic sound, backed with keen sense of moderation and a real knowledge of musical production. "Sing On!" should be on everyone's must-listen list.
Can't wait for their next release!

Just a small DIY band bringing a fresh aura to this genre. If you have not heard The Sing Team, you're missing out, and need to change that immediately. Great album.
