Announcing his first album of entirely new material in 14 years, Andrea Bocelli’s Twitter feed described Si as a “celebration of love, family, faith, and hope.” These emotive songs, intended to recall his early career spent performing in piano bars, feature contributions from his sons Matteo—on moving duet “Fall On Me”—and Amos, who plays piano on the intimate, acoustic versions of “Sono Qui” and “Ali di Libertà.” Bocelli also welcomes some stellar collaborators, including Josh Groban, operatic soprano Aida Garifullina, and pop phenomenons Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, the latter blending beautifully with the tenor on the aching “If Only.”
