Solid work

Full disclosure, Jacob Wallace is a friend of mine.
That being said I’m going to give an honest opinion of this ep...
It is a great first step into a music career.
I had the pleasure of watching Jacob perform these songs live, where I got to hear him talk about the happenings of his life that inspired each. He took us on a journey, a sonic road trip, from the beginning to the end, that I can now enjoy on actual road trips. :)
The music is clean, easy listening, and soothing.
Jacob’s vocals are strong, I really enjoy his falsetto.
The studio mix was perfect, as it highlights the biggest strength of Jacob’s writing, his lyrics.
My favorite line talks about how he used to be part of the 99, now he’s the 1, still waiting to be captured.
Orange Haze is a great start to the journey, but the last three songs bring the ep to a very satisfying conclusion.

Jacob Everett Wallace has the voice of an angel and the beard of a god. His music is the sound you've been waiting for.
