Poesía Difusa

Poesía Difusa

Spanish MC Nach bills himself more as a poet than a rapper; his lyrics are politically conscious and dense with images. His second album (whose title translates to “diffuse poetry”) puts his powerful voice upfront on every track. His jazzy tendencies, heavy on the acoustic piano and brushed drums, give the album a heady coffeehouse feel. Songs like "Desafio" present the MC as a crusader against oppressive society. On "Walkman," he criticizes rappers who celebrate violence and drugs.
