Metal-core meets Pop-punk!

Granted success blaring bombastic and frenetically interwoven musicality explosive as fragments of shrapnel culminating this record "Persevere" by Sink the Ship, provided that their melodies don’t sound obtrusive. Better placate the others because, sweet jujubes, the gauntlet has overthrown itself with celebrations ritzier than a slew of kazoos! Everybody will sing and shred relentlessly in unison, it’s cobbled together with unstoppable cleans and seething, guttural screams! Effervescent mixture of Abandoned By Bears, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! and Across the Atlantic! 😎🤘🏻🔥🍕🎸🥁🎤🎶🎵🎧

Nothing New, But Well Done

There is absolutely zero originality here, but they do an excellent job of capturing the best of successful genre-hybrids before them, i.e., A Day To Remember, Chunk No Captain Chunk, and Set Your Goals. If you're too young to have heard of those bands, then you might fall in love with this record and want to check out it's aforementioned predecessors. For the older listeners, this might just make you want to dig out old records and save the money.
