Skeptical of the New Age genre for SO many reasons, Sadhana blows all my preconceptions and reasons away. This is keenly influenced by many musical genres and is highly disciplined. Nevertheless intricate melodies flirt with simple syncopations to please the senses. I do not know if this artist is a percussionist, a electronic wiz, a traditional classical indian master musician but i love the blending of so many diverse sounds (Jew's harp and water droplets, whooduh thunk?) There is a loving mix of traditional and modern and whimsical (in a genre that is known for adroit seriousness) in this work and I look forward to more from Maneesh de Moor.

I need for this music to engage me and then lull me. This is a masterpeice, I would love to see this person record and mix this kind of work.

A Yoga Staple

This is my go-to album when I can't quite decide what to play for Yoga. Alway works for any kind of flow. I especially love Pure Essence for shivasana. Maneesh has a gift.
