Incredibly Stunning!

Lucy Rose's debut full-length album met the high expectations laid out for it by her prior EP, so naturally, her sophomore album, Work it Out, had even higher expectations. Somehow, though, while I was sure Like I Used To couldn't be topped, this album was everything I hoped to hear and more. The transition from album to album was a bit drastic, yet she pulled it off, and therefore proved she's capable of many great things as an artist. I don't know how she's not more appreciated, but I love everything about her work, from her lyrics to her melodies to her vocals. She's never disappointed me, and I don't think she will. Spectacular album, Lucy!

Excellent

More heavily produced than the previous album but it seems to complement her voice. This sounds almost like a pop album on the surface but with an intimacy you rarely hear. Works well as an entire album. Really good.
