U.K. power pop fourpiece the Vamps have all the right moves: "Wild Heart" borrows the fiery urgency of Mumford & Sons, "Can We Dance" is shimmying pop with Maroon 5 swagger, and "Last Night" proffers the sunny vibes and sing-along chorus of Jason Mraz. Meet the Vamps introduces a group that's found its own lane on the boy band circuit, its emphasis on live instrumentation lending the proceedings a breezy nonchalance. And yes, "Oh, Cecilia" borrows its hook from Simon & Garfunkle, grafting it onto an upbeat reggae track featuring hotshot newcomer Shawn Mendes.
