a general statement

Well, Buckethead has been known for his insane shredding. But it's not like this is his first acoustic album. He came out with one almost a decade ago. Although this album is actually a little more traditional.

Excellent jazz-fusion album, especially for headphone listening. The guitar and bass play off each other wonderfully and the drums provide a solid rythmic foundation. This is an acoustic album, so don't expect electric shredding from Buckethead. My lasting musical favorites usually grow on me with time - this album is like that. Each listen reveals something new and beautiful.

This was the first Hellborg album I picked up and it led me to get more of his work.

bubonic ,

and as usual bucket head has experimented and mastered yet another musical genre.
