12 Songs, 46 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

Songs like the exuberant “Colours” and “Tongue Tied” are full of imagined, emphatic exclamation marks and body language (arm-waving, heart-clutching), and the band masters the dropping of a raucous, rousing chorus to a whisper in a millisecond. This smart group uses simple song architecture and hugely catchy choruses as an armature, layering on its clattering, colorful instrumental and vocal outpourings with abandon.

Finally!!!

YES! I have been waiting for this album ever since I heard Colours a few months ago. Fantastic band, can't wait to see where they go.

Very unique

I saw these guys at Lollapalooza this year and immediately was hooked. I enjoy the unique sound and feel (at least to me) to all of their songs so far.

Give them a shot!!!!

Amazing positive energy!

I've loved grouplove since April 2011. I was obsessed with Colours and shortly there after fell in love with the whole EP. Now their debut album is a combo of songs from the Grouplove EP and new songs, and it's fantastic. Their energy is so infectious.
I saw them at a show in Philly on 9/10/11 and they're just as full on energy and light-hearted fun in person as they are on their album. They're quickly becoming a front runner in the indie rock universe. <3 them!!!
