Smooth TLG

TLG keeps getting better as I search further into their roots. The first album I got of theirs was Rock N' Roll Band, and in this album, I find that even in studio they can jam out enough to keep Jam Band fans happy. To watch TLG get better and progress more in their distinct Jam Funk, it's key to get their roots heard, too, and this album makes it easy to enjoy. Easy five star. Only complaint: iTunes still isn't offering a lot of live modern Jam Band albums, and I know they are out there. That's what I'm waiting for. As far as TLG goes: Very smooth Jam Funk, in fact, some of the best.

I Believe

I Believe this has got to be one of the best albums by this San Francisco band. I stumbled upon it a few years back and became hooked on their music. I like all of their albums but this one by far is their best. If one is to own one album by this band, this is the one. This is one of those "deserted island" picks.
