Rocky III will change your life.

I know the first Rocky won Oscars. Rocky II was a crowd pleaser. But Rocky III is the culmination of everything that was great about Rocky until Rocky destroyed the Soviet Union in Rocky IV. Rocky III's soundtrack is mostly music from Rocky I and II, but Rocky III is basically Rocky I and II in one film, and so you can think of this as a two-for-the-price-of-one deal. Except Mickey dies. Spoiler alert. There's music in here to workout to, there's music in here that will make you think you could fight Mr. T (you cannot, and should not.) "Eye of the Tiger" is 1980's movie music distilled down to its basics and aging like the Tab my father hoarded in our basement (terrble idea, Tab came in steel cans, which rusted, so one day all we found were empty steel cans with holes in them. My father was a moron.) Anyway, this is the music of my people. Enjoy!
