So Killer

Loved the self titled, love this even more. Same sdound but yet so different and new with catchy melodies and guitar and vox that will blow you thru the roof.
PS The last two songs are the hidden gems

More refined, killer sound

These guys have gone from strength to strength. The first album was more raw, Meir is more polished: but that isn't to say they've put the brakes on! Kvelertak seem to be experimenting with even more styles and sounds (if that's even possible) to mix in to their already esoteric repertoire.

As with before, you can't pin this album down to a genre, and you won't want to… it's just pure, enjoyable awesome.

One thing I have noticed is that the vocals are generally cleaner (ie. not as growly) than the first album, which so many bands seem to do these days. There's no shortage of growl, just more melody (especially on the first track, Åpenbaring) than I become used to over the last two years of Kvelertak bliss.

Note, also, that like the previous album, this one's not in English. Who cares, right?

Owl Sounds Vol. 2

I guess I'll be listening to the samples and single for 2 months, that's torture.
