End the senselessness

For the love of Pete, please refrain from "reviewing" albums you haven't heard based on such criteria as, say, your dislike of an actor who appears in a movie. I'll give this a full five based on two excellent new songs from Billy Bragg, both of which I've actually listened to, and three classic Jam tracks.

I know nothing about this movie, but the sountrack is AMAZING! Billy Bragg always delivers thoughtful, interesting lyrics, and he continues to prove that here with 2 new songs. The Jam, English Beat, and Generation X are all solid classics and can't be denied as great artists. Personally, I could live without The Proclaimers, but it's not my soundtack. Overall it's a great listen!

I was watching this movie last night and immediately became attached to the song, "Then I Met You." I didn't realize until I tried to find it on iTunes that it is sung by The Proclaimers, the same band that sang "500 Miles"!
This song is absolutely worth buying and is the best on the album.
