Editors’ Notes Buddy's second 2017 EP was produced by Mike & Keys in a liquid electro-trap style, and the older-than-his-years MC responds with verses that veer from boastful to harrowing. Opening track "4 The Record" pairs Buddy with Boogie on an aggressive statement of arrival, while "Who Shot 2 Tall" is a bluesy lament about loved ones lost to neighborhood violence. Wiz Khalifa shows up for a synth-heavy weed anthem, and "Last Time" gets weird with a psychedelic drum break and soulful vocals from SoCal singer Kent Jamz.
