You can't get away from these beats!

Put this recording on your list of 'things that will get stuck in my head' because these beats can't be stopped... and you won't want them to.

The James Brown of techno

These guys don't give a Holy F**k about anything but cranking out sick, cutting edge beats with a table full of electronics that no one else uses anymore. Original and filled with talent, these guys are taking electronics to new levels.

Literally. Holy (well you know).

This is one of the best uber-intense indie rock/electronic/half ambient post-rockish new groups to come out.

This is (obvioiusly) not a very large genre.

Lush guitars and estranged keyboards are seamlessly integrated with a backbone beat that will not only make you tap your feet, but likely could make you just out-right headbang right in your living room. Instead of following most electronic rules, the drums are mainly live, but at times there is an electronic sound effect to go along, just to give more punch to this (crazy) musical fistfight. Tie that with some crazy out of sync in key yelping and you got yourself one heck of a listen. If you are into good rhythm music, you will probably enjoy this album to the fullest. Songs like Lovely Allen and Royal Gregory are for those who like more post-rock style electronic, slower paced but more solid as contemporary writing goes. Also, songs like The Pulse and the ever-entertaining Safari sound like music you would hear in a video game arcade or a good nightclub, they fit the techno bill, but in a much more interesting way.

This album is fantastic. Download it and dream like a robot for once.
