EVEN IF....I'M A LIFER

AWESOME...POWERFUL! I first heard this song on KLOVE radio and have checked iTunes over and over waiting for it to come out so I could buy it. It instantly spoke to my heart like the words on a card for a special someone. IT IS well with my soul...even if.
Thank you Mercy Me!

Great Effort from This Veteran Group!

I've not been a dedicated fan of MercyMe in the past, though I have liked several of their songs. This group of recordings shows a musical and lyrical depth that is instantly appealing. My song favorites would be Even If, You Found Me, and Hello Beautiful.

I'm sick to death, nearly, of all the "praise" recordings that are being released these days, all of which sound about the same and are generally uninteresting musically. So a unique album like this one clearly stands out. Great work guys!

Track after Track

A mixture of beats that I don't think MercyMe has tried before, but they pull them all off pretty much with ease. Catchy. Quotable. Singable. Memorable.
Lifer is a great start to such an upbeat album. Even If may be slower than most of the songs from this album, but don't think that keeps it from being one of the most amazing songs currently in existence. It's like God uses MercyMe to reach into the very souls of the people around them and put every emotion into words and music. And I dare you not to dance in the car to Happy Dance. Seriously.
In all honesty, the only song that made me stop and pause, unsure of whether I liked it, was Ghost. I love the sentiment, but maybe not necessarily the whole song in its entirety.
Over all, I definitely recommend the whole album. So many great songs that it would be a shame to miss out on any just because you tried to pick and choose instead of purchasing the whole album.
