The 15th Anniversary Collector’s Edition of the soundtrack to the teen movie Footloose is loaded with all kinds of guilty pleasures and catchy, upbeat ‘80s cheese. Kicking off with a clean remaster of Kenny Loggins’ title-track, “Footloose” bounces like the mellow groove of a Hall & Oates number but with Loggins’ trademark twang and a keyboard that sounds like it may have been covered in fluorescent pink paint.
