EDITORS’ NOTES

Full of deceptively edgy roots pop and distinguished by Rosenberg's boy-next-door crooning, All the Little Lights is an irresistibly saccharine collection livened up by skipping percussion, sunny horns, and warm acoustic guitars. For all its pep, though, the album's not without bite. Rosenberg's lyrics feature the occasional f-bomb, and he's not afraid to speak his mind about the shallowness of The X Factor.

Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics.

Wonderful Musician

I saw him with Ed Sheeran and fell in love with his sound! He is brilliant musician and should definitely give his music a try!

It's worth it

I had the pleasure to see him perform recently and he is absolutely just amazing. His lyrics are incredibly chilling and the album is definitely worth the purchase. He definitely deserves all the success that is coming to him in the future. When I first heard one of his songs, (as corny as it sounds) it just made me smile. When he performs you can tell how happy he is and that he loves what he's doing. I don't think I've ever fallen in love with an artist as fast as I did for him. Passenger is just absolutely worth it and I wish him all the best.

I'm late to the party

Here's how you know I'm a Boomer: (1) I'm just now hearing this artist; and (2) I can't help being reminded of Cat Stevens when I listen to him. To me, harkening back to Cat Stevens is a good thing: Elegant little songs with catchy lyrics, easy sounds, and deeper meaning that connect real life to timeless truths. This is good stuff that stands out in a sea of overproduced crap that passes for pop music these days.
