its brutal!

Wormed has a specific playing style that I would describe as having very "jagged" riffs. Its like a saw cutting through your head, with Satan screaming whilst being melted down in a vat of acid

Back to square one

This album is a MASSIVE step down from Exodromos, completely devoid of the wonderful and creative songwriting and structuring that it had. When bands like wormed have such a sporadic nature and high level of grind, it's nearly impossible to write a good album in my opinion, and that case was true for their first album. Then Exodromos came out and completely blew me away. That album had so much groove and creative energy. Take the album closer for exodromos, "xenoverse discharger" for example. that is probably one of the most well written and memorable masterpieces in BDM history, whereas the album closer for krighsu "molecular winds", is a painfully boring 6+ minute song with no redeeming qualities whatsoever. I don't know what happened but it seems these guys are moving backwards. I don't even know if I have a favorite song from this album unfortunately, they all seem equally bland to me. I can understand this album not being anywhere near as good as Exo because those were some massive shoes to fill, but I was definitely hoping for something better than this. I guess I'll still (reluctantly) give it three stars though. Needless to say I'm quite disappointed

Ps. Nibblesfan2000 is obviously one of those people who know nothing about BDM and is making fun of the vocals as I see time and time again on iTunes reviews, so don't pay attention to that guy. I thought Phlegeton's vocals were still on par with the first two albums for the most part...it was the bland songwriting that killed it for me

Instruments are good but the vocals sounds like he put a dick in his throat and recorded the vocals in the room next to the vocal booth
