One of progressive house's best-known mixmasters, John Digweed plays it a bit darker, sexier, and more flamboyant than usual on this Montreal DJ session, seamlessly adding hints of French New Wave and electro glam to his usual slate of smooth techno and mile-long motorik house. The entire set comprises a half-dozen mixes and eight hours live from Montreal's Stereo club—plenty of time to stretch out and enjoy the dubby, minimal sounds of Recondite and Mohlao, trancey bits from Tigerskin and Dave Angel, and demanding mysterious techno bangers from Kink and 3 Channels.
