I've just recently become acquainted with Django's music. The "Jazz in Paris vol. 90" was
my first download of his music. Considering when it was originally recorded, this has
excellent sound quality. But I believe this collection is really great. Its well rounded and
has quite a bounce to it. I'm sure I'll be listening to it for quite some time. Definitely a great

When it comes to jazz guitar it doesn't get much better than Django

Smooth, easy to swallow, and delightful. This is the jazz man's jazz. Forget what you thought you knew about jazz, and listen to Django teach you what it's really all about. Easy enough to follow for the beginner and essential for the profressional. Django keeps it real, every chord and nuance feels as if it has been hand picked and added to each song for perfection. One slice smooth guitar and a dash of sweet rhythm, you wont find a better recipie for great tasting jazz. This is jazz at it's roots. This is jazz at its finest. Jazz in Paris is everything Django embodies.
