THREE 6 MAFIA original member Lord Infamous is back again with Fire & Ice. Alongside J-P the cd features Academy Award Winning Frayser Boy and is produced by Lil Awree. I had no clue this cd was dropping but mannnnn! This cd sounds like some old Three 6 Lord Infamous in his prime! His lyrics are on point as always and the production sounds almost like Paul & juicy influenced! Easily his best production i've seen him rap on since unbreakables!

Definitely suggest any Three 6 Mafia/hypnotize minds fan to grab this cd! I got it from iTunes

TRACK 1 : INTRO - This is just Lord Infamous sayin his name etc. nothin special

TRACK 2 : murk, murk (KILL, k#ll) - Dark production by Awree. Lord comes out the gate spittin that horrorcore rap that he is best known for. Just by hearin this first verse I knew i made the right choice by grabbin' this cd. the hook is mediocre but not horrible and the 2nd verse is average. But the song as a whole is pretty tight!

TRACK 3 : PARANOID: Great solid produced track...great story telling first verse then Lord cuts in half way through the track spittin like he did on "who run it" and just k#lls the track.

TRACK 4 : HOTEL (f/ Frayser Boy): Production is again on point! this sounds like "late nite tip" flow and sounds almost like a old three 6 sample...not sure! But the hook is catchy and Lord delivers another epic verse. Frayser Boy has a solid verse and really shines on this track like the star in my opinion. One of my favorites on the cd.

TRACK 5: I'M THE BEST: The hook is OK...kind of repetitive. Beat is on point. Lord goes through all his hit cd's/songs on his verse taking you down memory lane! Making this another solid track!

TRACK 6: PURE ANNA: ANOTHER 1999 SOUNDING THREE 6 MAFIA BEAT AND TRACK. SOUNDS LIKE CHAPTER 2 OR THE END. LORD BODIES THIS TRACK WITH ANOTHER CRAZY VERSE. Dark/ gloomy track

TRACK 7: RAIN DANCE: Sounds like this is supposed to be the "radio friendly" track. Kind of a "bandz make her dance" track but Lord's verse is not radio friendly he goes in another direction pushing the envelope with this one. Might be a shot at Juicy in this track also?? Not sure.

TRACK 8: REDRUM: This beat is off the wall crazy. The first verse is average and kinda falls off. Lords verse is vintage Lord. His rhyme scheme is crazy! Definitely worth checking out just for this 2nd verse.

TRACK 9: PROBLEMS: Another one of my favorite tracks. Soon as the beat drops and Lord starts rapping...it's evident Lord Infamous is back in full effect. JP and another guy deliver solid verses as well.

TRACK 10: TOE TAG 'EM: This one is OK...average not one of my favorites.

TRACK 11: BREAK 'EM OFF: Another average track. Not terrible but not on the same level as the rest of the cd in my opinion. Production is nice tho!

TRACK 12: WELCOME 2 HELL: Lords voice sounds a lil different on this one...not his best off the cd but production is nice! skippable track

TRACK 13: OUTRO: it's just talking no verses

JP is a lot better on this cd. Definitely improving from the last time I heard him!
After the whole CD its defnitely worth the $9.99 I paid on ITUNES. Definitely check it out. Especially if you a fan of that old LORD INFAMOUS from 99-2002

I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
