Back in 2010, I read a piece on the American Singer Songwriter website about a few "up and coming" artists to look out for in which Jesse was included. I remember going to iTunes and first hearing "In A Different Time". I purchased the “Not Even In July” album from Jesse's website shortly thereafter and have purchased every album since. Four albums into his career and he has both grown as an artist and has managed to keep true to himself. His music has evolved and yet done so in a subtle and natural progression. Each album has songs that immediately stand out upon the first few listens as well as songs that reward me years after, having seemingly overlooked them the first time around. There is a great depth to Jesse's writing and composition as well as the mood and the emotion in his songs. If you are reading this, you have overcome the biggest hurdle, which is finding his music in the first place. I suggest digging in and discovering what a pleasure all four of his albums really are. And, if you can, go see him live in one of the intimate settings he plays on tour. I promise that you wont be sorry you did. You've now discovered one of the best hidden treasures in current music.

Incredible artist worthy of far more success

I’ve been listening to this on repeat for a few weeks now. There’s so many layers to this album. Jesse sounds more mature, the lyrics are a pleasure to listen to. I say this with every review I post about Jesse, this guy should be a superstar. ❤️
