A fantastic and inspirational Christmas album

Former Phantom Las Vegas cast member Kristen Hertzenberg’s Christmas album isn’t quite for boisterous family gatherings rocking around the Christmas tree. With its laid-back feel and consisting of only the piano stylings of Forteberry and Hertzenberg’s lovely soprano vocals, it’s an intimate album that feels geared more towards young couples or moms and dads relaxing with a glass wine in front of a roaring fire after the kids are tucked in for the night.

Save for "Pachelbel’s Canon in D/Silent Night” and “Go Tell It on the Mountain,” Hertzenberg forewent the Christmas staples we’ve heard again and again in favor of less-covered songs with soulful lyrics that showcase her versatile voice and Fortenberry’s sensitive tickling of the ivory. While you may remember “Christmastime is Here” from your childhood, it takes on a much different feel from when you heard it in the Charlie Brown Christmas special, and the inspirational music and lyrics of songs like Annie Lennox’s “Universal Child” and Avalon’s “Light a Candle” are so beautifully brought to life by Hertzenberg and Fortenberry’s respective talents that they’re sure to become favorites after the first listen.

Kristen Kisses the Heart of Christmas with her voice, and Phillip Plays with a Perfection of Passion!
Who says the Desert of Vegas has no culture? Healing Waters are to be found in this Oasis....

Two of the most talented people I know! Universal Child & Light a Candle not to be missed!

Ok these two amazing musicians go WAY beyond entertaining and good performance to deliver to us a beautiful new selection of holiday music! Kristen voice is so amazingly beautiful, clear and diverse. Philip's musicianship and command of the piano is brilliant! Congratulations to them! ENJOY!
