Best Show Ever!!!

As someone in their 50s who has made a point of seeing a ton of shows, both in New York and London, I have to say that without a doubt, this is the best ever.

The cast was spectacular, the songs were catchy and well orchestrated, and the fact that this cast played it completely straight like it was any other broadway show when the subject matter was...well...anything BUT standard broadway fare....Everything about this show puts it a notch above.

I’ve seen this twice in New York and if I woke up there again tomorrow morning getting tickets to this would be the first thing I’d do.

Don’t forget to pack your sense of humor tho! You’ll be expected to have it in top working order.

Inaccurate, Profane, and Hilarious

I’m a member of the church and this play is incredible if you can ignore the inaccuracies and profanity and just enjoy the satire of the culture of missions.

And, clearly, if you want to know more of the accuracies of the Book of Mormon and the church, just look for those two Elders and ask them questions :)

Such a sweet-hearted show!

Yes. It is profane... at times... if you subscribe to the random assignment of vowels and consonants to mean “bad things.” But you really should see the show (with an open heart). There’s not a mean bone in it. It’s gentle and loving... and fabulously profane.

Don’t knock what you haven’t given a chance. It’s awesome!
