Brings me to another place

Scorn sends me off into a vast of loneliness, a massive pile of dirt of which forgetten souls constructed a civilization over, stretching buildings over mountains of maggot-infested landscapes. I do not know how to speak after listening, straightforward, with minimum movement, to Evanescence and Gyral...

Far In Out...

decided to check out more of Scorn's music after finally purchasing Evanescense (the album that so many people confused with the band). I'm hooked on Far In Out because of the Silent Hill 3 vibe I get from the song. it's much like the music from that game, which is my favorite Silent Hill soundtrack out of all of them. can't wait to discover more from Scorn!

Gyral brings it - dark minimal hip-hop

Mick Harris going solo as Scorn reaches its pinnacle here on Gyral, a wicked blend of dark hip-hop influenced grooves and nasty electronic-dub type drones. Gyral is ahead of its time. The hip-hop groove is undeniable on some tracks (Far in Out & Stairway)), almost abesnt on other. Check out "Black Box", a real rumbler with a killer groove that makes you want to prowl the city at night in a low-rider.
