iTunes Edition Is Far Different Than The CD Edition

Looks like Global Underground has decided to make us buy both versions. There are 17 tracks on the iTunes Edition not on the CD Edition and 14 tracks on the CD Edition not on the iTunes Edition. Why this major differentiation under the same cover? Almost all of the second CD in the CD Edition is not on the iTunes Edition at all. So I had to shell out $20 for ONE CD to get the complete set. For those who think this stuff is repetitive, Duh! That's what it's supposed to be. If you don't like repetitive, you shouldn't be listening to Global Underground products in the first place. By making my iTunes individual tracks Gapless, the whole set of individual tracks sounds just as seemless as the "continuous mixes".

I am a Global Underground fanatic. So no matter what they publish, I will buy it and never be disappointed. This one has a few clunkers. But overall I can't complain. Just wish what is sold on iTunes was the exact same thing as what you buy on a pair of CDs instead of something completely different. Very weird policy to make such a different set for iTunes than what they made for the CDs. Wonder how that decision was made to publish such a different set on each medium?

great cd

great house music its more on the techhouse side but thats fine with me. the only complaint i have is itunes makes it look like your going to get the full songs plus the dj mixes like on some other compilations on itunes (its nice to hear the unmixed songs sometimes) but if you play this cd with no skips between the tracks you find out that it is mixed... then you also get the mix without tracks listed (songs 29 & 30) just seems a bit pointless to give you a dj mix of a dj mix!!!

hype

i can't believe how many 5-stars are here. are they all from die-hard fans who wouldn't rate anything less if it killed them? what gives? how about some honesty? this is dull, boring, and quite repetitive. the clips sound great, but once you get to the meat, it's all fat and bones. what a waste of my $10. should have bought nick warren's new one instead.
